At Terratopia, every terrarium is handcrafted with care and designed as a living work of art. Because each piece is unique and made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds once an item has been purchased.

However, we understand that sometimes preferences or needs can change. That’s why we offer an Exchange Program:

• You can exchange your existing Terratopia product for another item of your choice.

• The value of your existing item will be adjusted at 50% less than the original purchase price.

• The balance amount can be used toward any new product from our collection.

How to Initiate an Exchange

Important Notes

• The product being exchanged must be in its original condition at the time of pickup.

• Shipping or pickup charges (if any) may apply depending on your location.

• Exchanges are currently available only within India.
