• Terratopia is a brand owned and operated by Plantstrong Marketing Pvt. Ltd., headquartered in Bangalore, India.

• All products listed on our website are handcrafted terrariums, made to order, and designed individually by our team.

• By using our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Product Information

• Every Terratopia terrarium is unique — natural variations in plants, textures, or design may occur.

• Product images on our website are for reference and representation; slight differences in color, size, or arrangement are normal due to the handmade nature of our work.

• Care instructions are provided to help you maintain your terrarium; however, Terratopia is not liable for plant health affected by external environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, or lighting conditions.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

• Payments must be completed in full at the time of purchase through our secure payment gateway.

4. Shipping

• Terratopia currently ships only within Bangalore city.

• All deliveries within Bangalore are free of cost.

• Our team will contact you within 2–3 business days after your order to coordinate a suitable delivery time.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• We do not offer returns or refunds on any products.

• Customers can, however, exchange their product for another at 50% less than the original purchase price.

6. Intellectual Property

• All photographs, text, designs, and content on the Terratopia website are the intellectual property of Plantstrong Marketing Pvt. Ltd.

• They may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Terratopia shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

• While we take utmost care in packaging and delivering your product, damages caused after successful delivery are not covered.
